Self-esteem is built when our

HEART matches our HEAD…

Sound simple enough?

In reality, it’s tough. There are so many pressures and expectations placed on women today, it’s hard to determine what’s truly in our best interest – not something someone else is putting on us.

We often get so mixed up in our heads, we end up taking the road of least resistance.

We paste a big smile on our face and go along with who our friends, family, colleagues, and society wants us to be…

Because it’s easier than swimming against the tide.

But the problem with trying to live up to others’ expectations is that it’s a moving target. It’s a surefire way to feel like you never measure up.

How could you? You’re using someone else’s measuring stick to determine your self-worth, instead of your own.

Pleasing others may feel good in the moment, but at the end of the day, our heart knows when we’ve betrayed it.

Depression, anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism are the byproducts of living out any other kind of life than the one you were truly meant to.

The kind of “true to you” life I’m talking about will celebrate (not hide) who you are as a person…

…your needs, your values, and most importantly, your vision of yourself.

Don’t know what those are yet? No problem!

I’m here to guide and support you as you break down all your old rules and limitations – so you can bloom into a happy, fulfilled woman who’s taken her righteous place in the world.
