My name is Emily, and I’m a coach…

I’m also a mother, a therapist, a daughter, a friend, a writer, an artist, a constant work-in-progress…. and an insatiable lover of life.

My own story is proof positive that it’s possible to change for the better, and for good.

I spent my twenties paralyzed by anxiety and depression, feeling like I was doomed to cycles of self-sabotage. I was terrified of getting close to people, and I had a deathly fear of success.

(Crazy as it seems, fear of success is definitely a thing. The key word is fear, and it dominated my life.)

I know all too well what it’s like to live life halfway.

I also know that our lives are only as big as what we believe about ourselves, our possibilities, and our worth.

Today, I’ve got a life that’s true to everything I am.

One I would have never dreamed possible just ten years ago.

My secret weapon isn’t money, power, or prestige.

It’s an unshakeable belief in myself and my capabilities — something no one can take away from me.

It goes a little something like this:

I believe that anything is possible… as long as I give it enough love.

It’s a philosophy that’s lit up my life with success and possibility.

Let‘s make it yours, too.
